The Mirage was a great place for me to recuperate after having knee replacement surgery. They involved me in everything that they had, if I wanted my hair done, or if I wanted to attend Sunday Mass. All of the CNA’s were very attentive, every time I called they were there to help me. If I need I have a second knee replaced surgery I am going back to the Mirage. I spent one month there and I truly love them.

I have been trying to get a hold of my sister who is a patient there she has a cell phone and the battery needs to be charged and the people who work there won’t charge her phone. Because her phone has been dead for over a month and her family is trying to call her but it goes straight to voicemail.

Was there for four years, most of the CNAs are good, the Charge Nurses are competent, Physical therapy was very good, especially the Twin sisters, Social Services worked hard for me to get me services I wanted especially Kim D. The one drawback was Patients only get four hour for off facility visits. I had a massive brain stroke where at first I was an involent but now able to walk with a rotator and take reasonable care of myself considering the stroke almost killed me.

Thank you for removing me fro Mirage PAC and placing myself in the middle of Hell in Littlerock, CA. No human interaction for 100 miles. The employees are CNAs taking care of me. No social interaction, except with the residents. The meal menus are repetitive. The Owner has no professional personal interaction skills at all. Restricted from drinking Pepsi beverages in the building???? Your Social Services employees really worked hard to place me in here.Thanks for Nothing. May none of you or your loved ones reside in a facility like this one.

I love this place. The staff and workers are amazing. They truly care for their patients and they show sympathy to them. They are very hands on and are ready to answer any questions you may have. The place is clean and smells good. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one.

They’re very bad at caring for patients. Very poor diagnosis on several levels, unsanitary, not to mention constant bed sores and rashes with no medication. Just unbelievable until you are living it. Need to be closed down.

The staff and the nurses were very attentive. My father is on hospice and they’re very much on point for what he needs and making sure that he’s comfortable and happy and just at peace and that makes me feel better knowing that I don’t have to worry when I leave from visiting him because I know he’s still gonna be well taken care of thank you so much to all the staff that watches over my father Gilbert Zepeda

Worst nursing home

Mirage has been a blessing. All employees are extremely professional and provide outstanding care. Monica has been such a great CNA.

My grandmother was at the facility for 2 months. The staff was very attentive and caring. The communication wasn’t always the best in the beginning but over time it improved substantially. I highly recommend this facility. I’ve had family at another local facility in the past and it was a really traumatic experience, so when my grandmother needed to go to a nursing home I was very worried and hesitant. Mirage made it a positive experience and although I don’t want my family to have to go through illness again, if we had to go back to a nursing home I would choose Mirage every time. Special shout out to the cnas! They were incredible and treated my grandmother like family!

Amazing job by workers here. Can’t find the words to express the gratitude. The care provided is outstanding they are like family. Thank you to all CNA for the great effort. Monica Hernandez rocks. She always has the most upbeat energy and makes sure to bring a smile to the patients.

Our family placed our grandfather in the hands of this facility, and from the very beginning we have felt reassured knowing he is surrounded by people who genuinely care. I visit him often and can personally attest to the great care, compassion, and attention he receives on a daily basis. One person who truly stands out is Monica Hernandez. Her kindness, patience, and genuine love for the residents does not go unnoticed. You can tell she cares deeply about the patients she works with and treats them with dignity, respect, and compassion. It takes a special kind of person to work in healthcare with such heart, and Monica consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and comfortable. The supervisors are also always present, overseeing and making sure everything is running properly. Joseph Garibay and Hanna are outstanding and help create an environment where families can feel at peace knowing their loved ones are in good hands. Our family is deeply grateful for the care shown to our grandfather and truly appreciates the dedication of the staff.

Hello good morning everyone I’m happy to work here have 23 years to work in this places because as a team with in the mirage , like to working there is good communication with the administration and the supervisor,

My mom has been here dealing with demetia for a few months now. All staff members have done more than expected. All nurses are attentive to my mothers needs and have been providing care with humility and dignity. I cannot say enough about this place. They offer nurturing care, and show professionalistm all the way through. All CNA’s provide complete care and keep her safe. When I’ve been present during activity sessions, I see the energy and enthusiasm that the staff members interact with all patients. Rachell, Veronica, Marissa, Monica, Ejemeh, Jovita, and everyone that interacts with my mom and all patients are simply the best. ❤️ Social services are always available to help the family in regards to my mothers care. Thank you Mirage and all staff members. You are truly life changing.

Always good to have all stars in a work place, Maria is a light in this place, team work is essential always Davone and Isaiah 💪🏿💪🏿. Recovery is definitely obtainable at this place with the nursing that is available.
